The first is veterinary students — especially those in their third or fourth year who are approaching graduation and want to start their career with intention, not just accept the first offer that comes along. The second is associate veterinarians who are currently working but know something is not right and are ready to make a smart, intentional next move.

  • Every candidate who joins Vet Candy Match gets access to a self-discovery process to help you understand your clinical interests, ideal culture, and career goals.
