Vet Candy's Squad Is Living Their Best Life In Nashville

Five ambassadors, one Music City Center, and approximately zero chill. Here's what the Vet Candy crew has been up to at the inaugural WVC Nashville, and why you should be following along instead of doom scrolling your inbox.

WVC Nashville kicked off on August 15, and the Vet Candy ambassador squad has been everywhere since. Booths, sessions, hallway run-ins with people you follow but have never actually met in person, the whole thing. If you are not on Instagram or YouTube watching this unfold in real time, you are missing the best free content the veterinary profession has going right now.

DR. ASHLEY HOPKINS

Founder of Hopper Vets and also known as “The Career Coach Vet”, Dr. Hopkins has been holding down the ambassador team's leadership role all week, bouncing between sessions, sponsor booths, and the kind of hallway conversations that turn into next year's headline story. If there is a room worth being in at WVC Nashville, she has probably already found it.

DR. JESSICA TURNER

Dr. Turner is doing a book signing tomorrow, August 17, at 1 PM at the Chewy Health booth. If you are anywhere near Music City Center, this is the one to actually show up for in person. If you are not, her signing is exactly the kind of moment the squad will be posting live, so keep an eye on the feed.

DR. JESSICA TRICE

Dr. Trice has been a fixture across the ambassador content all week, bringing the kind of grounded, real-practice perspective that makes Vet Candy's conference coverage feel like it is coming from a colleague instead of a press release.

CAITLIN PALMER

Brain Smarts co-host Caitlin Palmer has brought her signature energy to Nashville, turning conference downtime into content that is somehow both genuinely funny and genuinely useful. If you needed a reason to check the stories, it is her.

JEREMIAH POUNCY

Vet student ambassador Jeremiah Pouncy already wrote the guide on how to do WVC Nashville on a student budget, and now he is out there living it.
