Study finds dog owners more healthy
As study investigated the association of pet ownership and cardiovascular health. More than seventeen hundred patients aged 25-65 were evaluated.
Forty two percent of subjects owned pets and 24.3% owned a dog.
Pet owners, especially those that owned dogs, were more likely to report physical activity, diet, and blood glucose at ideal level than non pet owners.
