As a veterinary professional, part of the job necessitates frequent handwashing, which can leave hands dry and itchy. This easy fix, adapted from a recipe from Secrets of the Spas, is a great way to soothe your skin.
Directions: Place one peeled small cucumber a blender and blend to liquify. Add in 1 tablespoon of witch hazel and mix well. Apply to clean hands and rub throughouly. Rinse off, pat dry, and use your favorite moisturizer.
