We have direct relationships with veterinary employers across the country. We know their culture, their caseload, their compensation structure, and what they're really looking for in a new associate. That means we're not sending you a list of practices and wishing you luck. We're making introductions that make sense.

Vet Candy Match is built for two groups. The first is veterinary students — especially those in their third or fourth year who are approaching graduation and want to start their career with intention, not just accept the first offer that comes along. The second is associate veterinarians who are currently working but know something is not right and are ready to make a smart, intentional next move.

Every candidate who joins Vet Candy Match gets access to a self-discovery process to help you understand your clinical interests, ideal culture, and career goals. From there we help you build a personal career chart, your resume, your cover letter, and your full candidate package, and we walk you through interview preparation. Then we do the most important part — we use everything we have learned about you to connect you with jobs that actually match your dream job description.
